No Breathwork or meditation experience is needed. All you need is a comfy spot to lay down, a blanket, pillow, and a journal. We’ll guide you the whole way!
If you are/think you may be pregnant or have a severe uncontrolled physical/mental health condition, this Breathwork practice is strongly not recommended.
Once you claim your spot, you’ll receive a welcome email with further details + the private Zoom link to access the party.
