Join Founders of RESET Breathwork & Teacher Trainers, Dr. Cory & Jessica (AKA The Healing Couple), for a deeply healing online breathwork experience to clear out any stress or heavy emotions, uplift your energy by welcoming in gratitude, and become more present (to what really matters most).

Think of this month’s workshop like a Friendsgiving type of vibe where we get to come together in community, feel more connected, and deeply reflect and appreciate all the blessings in our lives, even in the face of challenges and darkness.

In this 75 minute transformative event, you will…

You’ll do this using a simple yet powerful 3-part breathing practice, RESET Breathwork, with music while laying down, and you’ll be guided the whole way.

This is MORE than a slow-breathing meditation class, pranayama you've done in yoga or techniques like Wim Hof.

This is like a full workout for your mind, body, emotions, energy, and soul. It will take work, but we guarantee it will be worth it.

No prior experience is needed. Just come ready to go all in, stretch yourself, and emerge feeling renewed and more alive than ever.

What you need to know + prepare

-Dress in comfy and loose clothing

-Have a quiet space to lay down without distractions

-Bring a blanket, pillow, eye covering (optional), and headphones
